Return Process

  Log in to your customer dashboard and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the electronic device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
