Soundboard recording of David Bowie's May 16, 1990, concert at the Tokyo Dome. This was a date on the Sound+Vision Tour, where Bowie performed a "greatest hits" set with a deliberately smaller band than usual, including Adrian Belew (guitar, backing vocals, and musical direction), Erdal Kızılçay (bass and backing vocals), Rick Fox (keyboards and backing vocals), and Michael Hodges (drums).
