Formed in 1970 by legendary original Deep Purple bassist Nick Simper out of the then Marsha Hunt's backing group (Marsha's decision to put a hold on gigs, so she could have Mick Jagger's baby, galvanized Simper into making Warhorse a full time going concern!).
