Journey to Jah

With Journey To Jah, released in 2002 as his second studio album, Gentleman elevated reggae from Germany to an international level. Moving between roots reggae and dancehall, spirituality and social commentary, the album spans a wide emotional and thematic range — carried by songs such as “Dem Gone,” “Leave Us Alone,” and “Children of Tomorrow.” Guest appearances by Morgan Heritage, Capleton, Bounty Killer, and Luciano highlight Gentlemans deep connection to the Jamaican reggae community.
