Alternative / Emo / Indie Rock band from Salem, MA band Valleyheart have a new album via Tooth & Nail. Heal My Head boldly rips into a new fabric of sonic and lyrical territory, while remaining true to what Valleyheart’s identity is. It is a concept album in a way, but at the same time not at all. Inspired by films, authors, books, podcasts - it is a holistic body of songs examining the relationship between the passing of time, identity, faith, trauma, suicide, aging and finally, and most importantly how all those can lead to - hope.
