The final release from the pioneering Creeping Bent label is Echoes, Thrash and Harmony, the long-awaited debut from short lived post-punk trio Article 58. Named after the Soviet classification for counter-revolutionaries, Article 58 formed in Scotland by Gerri McLaughlin (vocals), Douglas MacIntyre (guitars) and Ewan MacLennan (bass), with Stephen Lironi (5 tracks) and Robert McCormick (7 tracks) on drums. The group existed for a short period of time, burning brightly before burning out.
