Rat Scabies is mostly known for his drumming skills in legendary punk band The Damned, whereas Billy Shinbone also plays with post-punkers i-nichi, with ex-Specialsâ Neville Staple and also with Simon Chesterfield.
Rat and Billy met back in the 90s when Billyâs psychedelic pop band Flipron walked into Ratâs studio asking how much time a hundred quid would buy them. Somehow, they managed to stay for a couple of years, and Rat produced two of their albums, and theyâve been friends ever since.
